Time Commitment:
While timeframes are flexible around other work commitments, we ask participants to commit to communicating with their project partners for the length of the project, which will either be 6 months or 1 year. The average time spent out of the office, including the academic training is 4 weeks.

Participant Criteria:
Participants should be passionate, committed and open to working with new people in new environments. The programme targets talented individuals, who would ideally have 5 years of management experience, but most importantly would have a history of business and leadership success

It is very important that all participants have sufficient time to dedicate to the programme and the support of their direct managers.
