Rapid Results Institute (RRI) helps non-profit organisations (NGOs) and public sector agencies in developing countries to become more effective at implementing projects and programmes. RRI’s local coaches support NGO and public sector leaders in using 100-day projects to produce early results and to develop their capacity for driving long-term change. RRI is working with Pepal on the Management for Impact Programme.

Nadim is the Director, President and a Founder of the Rapid Results Institute. As a senior partner of RHS&A, he has consulted with organizations in a wide variety of sectors ranging from financial services to manufacturing to international development. He has worked on shaping and accelerating implementation of strategic initiatives focused on growth and profitability, reducing implementation risks of long-term projects and building implementation capacity of organizations. Nadim's clients include Zurich Financial Services (North America), Fuji Film USA, Transamerica Reinsurance, The Federal Reserve Bank of New York, The World Bank and the International Monetary Fund.
