Pepal is working with Bausch & Lomb, Sightsavers, the Rapid Results Institute (RRI) and INSEAD’s Social Innovation Centre to develop an exciting new leadership programme. The programme partners Bausch & Lomb managers with NGO leaders from international NGO, Sightsavers, to form joint teams which work together to help advance the agenda of eye health in East Africa.
